• Run a specific test:

  • pytest tests/basic_test.py -k "test_import" -vv
  • pytest tests/basic_test.py::test_import

• Run a test with benchmarking (requires pytest-benchmark)

  • pytest tests/vertical_scale_test.py --benchmark-histogram
